The Bright Path Ishayas’ Ascension meditation practice is really remarkably uncomplicated to  learn. It is in most cases taught over a weekend.

Classes are always presented by authorised instructors . All of them have carried out 6 months of residential training, which sees to it that you have top quality instruction .

Repeat The Class For Free, And Ongoing Support

Whenever you have completed your course , you can repeat the course (or part of it) as many times as you want , completely free , all over the UK and overseas as well. Every single time you retake , you’ll meet different teachers who will talk about their experience , in this way no 2 weekend classes are the same.

Following the weekend course there is lifetime help on call with weekly or regular monthly meetings in many places across the UK, teachers available, newsletters and follow-on courses, and online events.

What practising looks like

The Ishayas’ meditation technique is an ancient way to experience inner serenity  , extra peace, understanding and creativity. Although it has ancient origins in the East, it is perfectly suited to the very active minds, and 21st-century lives we deal with. No belief is required to practise this technique , and it is happily and pleasantly used across the world by 10s of thousands of users of numerous cultures.

Most participants experience it a remarkably easy and pleasing practice , taking 15 or 20 minutes a couple of times  daily to shut their eyes and make the most of the practice.

Morning and daytime benefits

By meditating in the morning hours you may experience your day being far more enjoyable and efficient. Difficult situations may become easier to tackle , troublesome people become less of a problem. Relationships become easier , you might discover that you have more patience with other people that you didn’t have before. You might just discover that you get more done in a much shorter period of time. You may perhaps find that you come to be gentler and more forgiving towards your own self and other people. Practicing the Ishayas’ meditation techniques just before sleep serves to help produce a deeper and more relaxing sleep. As your physical body does much of its recovery through sleep, by meditating before sleep , you’re actually kick-starting your body’s restorative process , so that you are more likely to be reinvigorated and ready to go the following morning.

Perhaps the most useful attributes of the Ishayas’ meditation method is that you can do it with your eyes open as you undertake your daily tasks – doing a job , carrying out the food shopping , driving the car, doing sporting activity , spending time with family and friends.

Eyes-open meditating serves to help keep you ‘in the present moment’ and much more attentive . You’ll be more open to see and receive things that you might not have spotted before. It helps lower the undesirable effects of difficult events and increases your appreciation and enjoyment of your life. It gives you a better connection to the world about you and a more progressive overview to life.
