What practising looks like
The Ishayas’ meditation technique is an ancient pathway to experience inner calm , extra peace, clarity and creativity. Although it has ancient origins in the East, it is perfectly aligned to the active minds, and 21st-century lives we deal with. No belief is needed to practise this technique , and it is successfully and enjoyably applied all around the planet by 10s of 1000s of men and women of different cultures.
The majority of people experience it an incredibly practical and pleasurable process , taking 15 or 20 minutes a couple of times each day to shut their eyes and take advantage of the method.
Morning and daytime benefits
By meditating in the morning you may experience your working day being much more enjoyable and efficient. Difficult situations may become easier to manage , difficult people become less of an annoyance . Relationships become much simpler , you might possibly discover that you have more patience with individuals that you didn’t possess before. You may discover that you get more performed in a shorter spell of time. You may perhaps discover that you become gentler and more forgiving towards your own self and other people. Meditation also has a greater benefit not just on you but also for your family and those close to you. So not only do you experience the rewards of living a more contented life, being more in the moment , they do too.
Evening and energy
Lots of individuals meditate for a little while before their main meal as this serves to reduce any tension from the day and enables you to enjoy your dinner time and your evening to the maximum. Several studies have demonstrated that meditation can have a progressive benefit on energy levels, perfect after a difficult day at your work , or with your children.
Better sleep
Practicing the Ishayas’ meditation techniques prior to sleep serves to create a deeper and more untroubled sleep. As your physical body does much of its restorative healing through sleep, by meditating before bedtime , you’re actually kick-starting your body’s restorative system , so that you are more likely to become replenished and all ready to start the following morning.
Eyes-open, anywhere
Arguably one of the most convenient qualities of the Ishayas’ meditation practice is that you can do it with your eyes open as you engage in your daily activities – working , carrying out the food shopping , driving the car, doing sport , spending quality time with family and friends.
Eyes-open meditating really helps keep you ‘in the present moment’ and more sharp . You’ll be even more open to observe and receive things that you might possibly not have observed in the past. It really helps minimise the harmful effects of stress-filled activities and heightens your gratitude and satisfaction with your life. It provides you a higher connection to the world around you and a more productive mindset to life.
