The Bright Path Ishayas’ Ascension meditation technique is very quick and easy to  learn. It is usually taught over a weekend.

Classes are always given by certified teachers . Every one of them have carried out 6 months of residential training, which guarantees you have excellent quality teaching.

Once you have completed your course , you can retake the class (or part of it) as frequently as you wish , totally free , all through the UK and abroad as well.
