The Bright Path Ishayas’ Ascension meditation approach is particularly easy to learn. It is nearly always presented over a weekend.
Classes are always presented by authorised teachers . All of them have undertaken 6 months of residential training, which sees to it that you obtain top quality instruction .
No belief is required to practise this method.
Repeat The Class For Free, And Ongoing Support
When you have finished your class , you can redo the course (or part of it) as many times as you fancy , completely free , all over the UK and internationally as well. Each time you repeat , you’ll meet many different teachers who will share their experience , and so no 2 weekend classes are the same.
Following the weekend course there is ongoing assistance offered with regular or monthly meetings in many places around the UK, teachers available, newsletters and follow-on classes, and online events.

The Ishayas’ meditation method is an age-old way to discover inner calmness , extra peace, understanding and creative imagination.
