The Bright Path Ishayas’ Ascension meditation approach is very straightforward to  learn. It is almost always presented over a weekend.

Classes are always given by authorised instructors . All of them have completed six months of residential training, which makes certain you get first class teaching.

Repeat The Class For Free, And Ongoing Support

When you have completed your class , you can retake the class (or a portion of it) as many times as you wish , totally free , throughout the UK and internationally too. Each time you retake , you’ll meet many different teachers who will share their experiences , so no 2 weekend classes are the same.

Following the weekend course there is lifetime support available with regular or once a month meetings in numerous regions around the UK, teachers available, newsletters and follow-on classes, and online events.
