The Bright Path Ishayas’ Ascension meditation system is really surprisingly quick and easy to learn. It is mainly presented over a weekend.
Classes are always given by certified teachers . Every one of them have completed six months of residential training, which makes sure you receive high quality teaching.

When you have finished your course , you can repeat the class (or part of it) as often as you want , at no cost , all over the UK and internationally too. Every time you retake , you’ll meet many different teachers who will share their experience , and so no 2 weekend classes are the same.
