What practising looks like

The Ishayas’ meditation method is an age-old way to experience inner serenity  , more peace, clarity and creative imagination. Despite the fact that it has ancient roots in the East, it is very well aligned to the active minds, and 21st-century lives we deal with. No belief is needed to practise this meditation , and it is happily and enjoyably put to use throughout the planet by tens of 1000s of people of many cultures.

The majority of participants experience it a remarkably straightforward and enjoyable practice , taking 15 or 20 minutes a couple of times  per day to close their eyes and make the most of the practice.

Morning and daytime benefits

By meditating in the a.m. you may discover your day being far more enjoyable and efficient. Challenging situations may become simpler to deal with , troublesome people become less of a bother. Relationships become easier , you might discover that you have more patience with individuals that you didn’t possess before. You may well discover that you get more done in a shorter duration of your time. You may perhaps detect that you come to be gentler and more forgiving towards your own self and other people. Meditation also has a more significant impact not just on you but at the same time for your whole family and those around you. So not only do you experience the positive aspects of enjoying a more fulfilled life, being fully in the moment , these people do also.

Evening and energy

Lots of users meditate for a little while prior to their main meal as this serves to help remove any strain from the working day and enables you to enjoy your dinner and your evening to the fullest. Many different studies have proven that meditation can have a progressive influence on energy levels, ideal after a demanding day at your work , or with your kids.

Better sleep

Practicing the Ishayas’ meditation techniques just before sleep serves to help produce a deeper and more restful sleep. As your physical body does much of its recuperation through sleep, by meditating before bed , you’re actually kick-starting your body’s restorative system , so that you are more likely to be invigorated and all ready to continue the following morning.

Eyes-open, anywhere

Possibly one of the most functional benefits of the Ishayas’ meditation practice is that you can do it with your eyes open as you engage in your daily activities – earning a living , carrying out the shopping , driving the car, doing sport , hanging out with family and friends.

Eyes-open meditating really helps keep you ‘in the present moment’ and more sharp . You’ll be more open to experience and receive things that you may well not have spotted previously. It really helps reduce the negative results of difficult activities and enhances your gratitude and satisfaction with your life. It provides you a higher connection to the world all around you and a more positive outlook to life.
