The Bright Path Ishayas’ Ascension meditation practice is really quick and easy to  learn. It is almost always taught over a weekend.

Classes are always given by trained instructors . Every one of them have completed 6 months of residential training, which makes sure you receive excellent teaching.

No belief is required to practise this method.

Repeat The Class For Free, And Ongoing Support

When you have finished your course , you can retake the class (or a portion of it) as frequently as you want , absolutely free , all over the UK and in other countries too. Every time you repeat , you’ll meet many different teachers who will share their experiences , so no two weekend classes are the same.

Following the weekend class there is continuous encouragement easily available with weekly or once a month meetings in several places across the UK, teachers available, newsletters and follow-on classes, and online events.

The Ishayas’ meditation approach is an age-old pathway to discover inner calm , more peace, understanding and creativity.
