Evening and energy

Lots of users meditate for a little while before their dinner as this serves to eliminate any unease from the working day and allows you to enjoy your dinner time and your evening hours to the fullest. Multiple studies have demonstrated that meditation can have a beneficial influence on energy levels, perfect after a challenging day at your nine-to-five , or with your kids.

Eyes-open, anywhere

Probably the most convenient qualities of the Ishayas’ meditation technique is that you can do it with your eyes open as you carry out your daily activities – earning a living , doing the food shopping , driving the car, performing sporting activity , hanging out with family and friends.

Eyes-open meditating helps keep you ‘in the present moment’ and more sharp . You’ll be more open to see and receive things that you may not have seen previously. It really helps minimise the harmful outcomes of stress-filled situations and enhances your appreciation and pleasure in your life. It gives you a higher connection to the world around you and a more progressive perspective to life.
