The Bright Path Ishayas’ Ascension meditation approach is very uncomplicated to learn. It is commonly taught over a weekend.
Classes are always provided by certified teachers . All of them have carried out 6 months of residential training, which makes certain you get first class teaching.

Once you have completed your class , you can retake the course (or a portion of it) as frequently as you want , at no cost , all through the UK and overseas as well. What practising looks like
The Ishayas’ meditation method is an ancient way to discover inner serenity , more peace, understanding and creative imagination. Although it has ancient roots in the East, it is very well aligned to the very active minds, and 21st-century lives we go through. No belief is necessary to practise this meditation technique , and it is happily and pleasantly put to use across the world by tens of thousands of users of numerous backgrounds.
Most participants find it an incredibly easy and satisfying process , taking 15 or 20 minutes a couple of times per day to close their eyes and make the most of the practice.
Morning and daytime benefits
