The Ishayas’ meditation method is an age-old way to discover inner serenity  , more peace, clarity and creative imagination. Almost all participants find it a surprisingly straightforward and relaxing process , taking 15 or 20 minutes a couple of times  daily to close their eyes and make the most of the method.
