The Bright Path Ishayas’ Ascension meditation practice is surprisingly quick and easy to learn. It is usually presented over a weekend.
Classes are always provided by authorised teachers . Every one of them have carried out six months of residential training, which sees to it that you receive excellent quality instruction .

Once you have completed your course , you can repeat the weekend (or part of it) as many times as you wish , absolutely free , all over the UK and in other countries as well.
