The Bright Path Ishayas’ Ascension meditation practice is actually really quick and easy to  learn. It is in most cases taught during a weekend.

Classes are always presented by qualified teachers . All of them have undertaken six months of residential training, which makes sure you receive first class teaching.

Repeat The Class For Free, And Ongoing Support

Whenever you have completed your course , you can redo the course (or part of it) as many times as you want , free of cost , throughout the UK and in other countries too. Every time you repeat , you’ll meet different teachers who will share their experience , so no 2 weekend classes are the same.

Following the weekend class there is continuous help at your disposal with weekly or monthly meetings in many regions across the UK, teachers available, e-newsletters and follow-on classes, and online events.

The Ishayas’ meditation practice is an ancient pathway to experience inner serenity  , more peace, clarity and creativity.
