Eyes-open, anywhere

Perhaps one of the most functional elements of the Ishayas’ meditation method is that you can do it with your eyes open as you handle your daily tasks – working , carrying out the food shopping , driving the car, performing sporting activity , hanging out with friends and family.

Eyes-open meditating serves to help keep you ‘in the present moment’ and much more sharp . You’ll be even more open to see and receive things that you might just not have noticed before.
