The Bright Path Ishayas’ Ascension meditation method is actually particularly effortless to learn. It is traditionally presented over a weekend.
Classes are always presented by qualified teachers . All of them have completed six months of residential training, which assures you receive top quality teaching.

Once you have finished your course , you can retake the course (or part of it) as often as you fancy , free of cost , all over the UK and in other countries too. Each time you retake , you’ll meet many different teachers who will talk about their experience , in this way no 2 weekend classes are the same.
Following the weekend class there is lifetime help available with weekly or once a month meetings in numerous places across the UK, teachers available, publications and follow-on courses, and online events.
