The Bright Path Ishayas’ Ascension meditation approach is really really quick and easy to  learn. It is usually taught during a weekend.

Classes are always taught by authorised instructors . All of them have undertaken six months of residential training, which ensures that you receive top quality teaching.

No belief is required to practise this approach.

Repeat The Class For Free, And Ongoing Support

Whenever you have completed your course , you can repeat the weekend (or a portion of it) as often as you want , free , throughout the UK and internationally as well. Every time you retake , you’ll meet different teachers who will discuss their experiences , so no 2 weekend classes are the same.

Following the weekend class there is ongoing support easily available with regular or monthly meetings in various places across the UK, teachers available, news letters and follow-on courses, and online events.

The Ishayas’ meditation system is an ancient path to discover inner calmness , more peace, clarity and creative imagination.
