The Bright Path Ishayas’ Ascension meditation method is actually remarkably easy to  learn. It is typically taught over a weekend.

Classes are always taught by trained teachers . Every one of them have undertaken six months of residential training, which ensures you receive first class teaching.

Once you have completed your course , you can redo the weekend (or part of it) as often as you want , with no charge , all over the UK and in other countries too. Every single time you retake , you’ll meet different teachers who will discuss their experience , so no 2 weekend classes are the same.

Following the weekend course there is lifetime help accessible with regular or once a month meetings in many regions around the UK, teachers available, bulletins and follow-on courses, and online events.
