The Bright Path Ishayas’ Ascension meditation technique is actually remarkably quick and easy to  learn. It is traditionally presented over a weekend.

Classes are always presented by trained instructors . All of them have undertaken six months of residential training, which makes sure you obtain first class instruction .

The Ishayas’ meditation practice is an age-old pathway to discover inner calm , more peace, understanding and creative imagination.
