Evening and energy

A large number of individuals meditate for a short period just before their dinner as this serves to remove any tension from the working day and enables you to appreciate your dinner time and your evening hours to the maximum. Many different studies have proven that meditation can have a progressive effect on energy levels, perfect after a hard day at your nine-to-five , or with your kids.

Better sleep

Using the Ishayas’ meditation techniques prior to bedtime serves to create a deeper and more restful sleep. As your body does much of its healing through sleep, by meditating before bedtime , you’re essentially kick-starting your body’s renewal process , so that you are more likely to become recharged and all set to continue the following morning.

Eyes-open, anywhere

Probably one of the most practical qualities of the Ishayas’ meditation technique is that you can do it with your eyes open as you deal with your daily tasks – doing a job , carrying out the food shopping , driving the car, playing sporting activity , hanging out with family and friends.

Eyes-open meditating helps keep you ‘in the present moment’ and more attentive . You’ll be more open to observe and receive things that you might just not have noticed before. It really helps decrease the undesirable effects of stressful situations and improves your appreciation and enjoyment of your life. It offers you a better connection to the world around you and a more productive mindset to life.
