What practising looks like

The Ishayas’ meditation practice is an ancient path to experience inner calmness , more peace, understanding and creative imagination. Despite the fact that it has ancient origins in the East, it is perfectly suited to the active minds, and 21st-century lives we have. No belief is necessary to practise this technique , and it is successfully and enjoyably applied throughout the world by 10s of 1000s of users of many cultures.

The majority of people discover it a surprisingly straightforward and pleasing practice , taking 15 or 20 minutes a couple of times  every day to close their eyes and make use of the technique.

Morning and daytime benefits

By meditating in the morning you may find your day being more satisfying and efficient. Challenging situations may become simpler to tackle , troublesome people become less of a bother. Relationships become easier , you may find that you have more patience with individuals that you didn’t have before. You may well find that you get more performed in a much shorter span of time. You may perhaps notice that you come to be gentler and more flexible towards yourself and others. Meditation also has a more significant benefit not just on you but also for your family and those close to you. So not only do you experience the positive aspects of enjoying a more content life, being more fully present , they do too.

Evening and energy

Many users meditate for a little while before their dinner as this serves to remove any pressure from the day and allows you to enjoy your dinner and your evening to the maximum. A wide range of studies have demonstrated that meditation can have a positive effect on energy levels, perfect after a difficult day at your work , or with your children.

Better sleep

Using the Ishayas’ meditation method just before sleep serves to help produce a deeper and more restful sleep. As your body does most of its recuperation through sleep, by meditating before sleep , you’re essentially kick-starting your body’s healing system , so that you are more likely to become refreshed and prepared to start the following morning.

Eyes-open, anywhere

Arguably one of the most practical features of the Ishayas’ meditation practice is that you can do it with your eyes open as you handle your daily activities – earning a living , doing the food shopping , driving the car, doing sporting activity , spending quality time with friends and family.

Eyes-open meditating really helps keep you ‘in the present moment’ and much more attentive . You’ll be more open to observe and receive things that you may not have observed in the past. It serves to help minimise the negative results of high-pressure events and improves your gratitude and enjoyment of your life. It gives you a greater connection to the world about you and a more positive attitude to life.
