The Bright Path Ishayas’ Ascension meditation practice is really   extraordinarily quick to  learn. It is traditionally presented during a weekend.

Classes are always presented by authorised teachers . All of them have undertaken six months of residential training, which ensures you get first class instruction .

The Ishayas’ meditation method is an age-old pathway to discover inner serenity  , more peace, understanding and creativity. Although it has ancient origins in the East, it is extremely well suited to the busy minds, and 21st-century lives we experience. No belief is needed to practise this method , and it is successfully and enjoyably used all over the planet by tens of thousands of people of many cultures.

Most participants experience it a remarkably easy and satisfying practice , taking 15 or 20 minutes a couple of times  per day to close their eyes and use the technique.
