The Bright Path Ishayas’ Ascension meditation method is extremely quick to  learn. It is typically taught during a weekend.

Classes are always given by qualified instructors . All of them have carried out six months of residential training, which ensures you receive top quality teaching.

Repeat The Class For Free, And Ongoing Support

Once you have finished your course , you can retake the class (or part of it) as often as you want , free , all through the UK and abroad as well. Every time you retake , you’ll meet different teachers who will discuss their experiences , in this way no 2 weekend classes are the same.

Following the weekend course there is lifetime encouragement easily available with regular or once a month meetings in various regions across the UK, teachers available, news letters and follow-on classes, and online events.
