Evening and energy

A large number of individuals meditate for a little while prior to their main meal as this serves to eliminate any stress from the day and enables you to appreciate your dinner time and your evening hours to the fullest. Many different research studies have indicated that meditation can have a beneficial effect on energy levels, perfect after a challenging day at your nine-to-five , or with your children.

Better sleep

Using the Ishayas’ meditation method before bedtime serves to create a profound and more untroubled sleep. As your body does much of its recuperation through sleep, by meditating before bed , you’re essentially kick-starting your body’s restoration process , so that you are more likely to become rejuvenated and in position to go the following morning.

Eyes-open, anywhere

Arguably one of the most functional qualities of the Ishayas’ meditation technique is that you can do it with your eyes open as you handle your daily activities – working , doing the shopping , driving the car, playing sport , hanging out with family and friends.

Eyes-open meditating really helps keep you ‘in the present moment’ and more sharp . You’ll be more open to observe and receive things that you might just not have observed in the past. It helps minimise the adverse consequences of stressful activities and heightens your appreciation and pleasure in your life. It gives you a better connection to the world about you and a more productive mindset to life.
