The Bright Path Ishayas’ Ascension meditation method is extremely easy to  learn. It is nearly always presented over a weekend.

Classes are always presented by qualified instructors . Every one of them have completed 6 months of residential training, which sees to it that you obtain excellent teaching.

Whenever you have finished your class , you can redo the weekend (or part of it) as often as you fancy , at no cost , all through the UK and internationally as well.
