The Bright Path Ishayas’ Ascension meditation system is very uncomplicated to  learn. It is in most cases taught during a weekend.

Classes are always presented by qualified teachers . Every one of them have completed 6 months of residential training, which guarantees you get first class teaching.

Repeat The Class For Free, And Ongoing Support

Once you have completed your class , you can repeat the weekend (or a portion of it) as many times as you fancy , free of charge , throughout the UK and internationally too. Every single time you retake , you’ll meet different teachers who will share their experiences , therefore no two weekend classes are the same.

Following the weekend class there is continuous support easily available with weekly or monthly meetings in several areas around the UK, teachers available, publications and follow-on courses, and online events.

The Ishayas’ meditation technique is an age-old pathway to discover inner serenity  , more peace, clarity and creativity.
