The Bright Path Ishayas’ Ascension meditation system is particularly easy to learn. It is nearly always taught during a weekend.
Classes are always presented by certified instructors . All of them have completed six months of residential training, which ensures you get top quality teaching.

Repeat The Class For Free, And Ongoing Support
After you have completed your course , you can repeat the course (or part of it) as frequently as you want , free of cost , all over the UK and internationally too. Each time you repeat , you’ll meet different teachers who will share their experiences , so no 2 weekend classes are the same.
Following the weekend class there is continuous help readily available with weekly or regular monthly meetings in numerous places around the UK, teachers available, newsletters and follow-on courses, and online events.
