The Bright Path Ishayas’ Ascension meditation system is particularly straightforward to  learn. It is almost always taught over a weekend.

Classes are always provided by certified teachers . All of them have undertaken 6 months of residential training, which sees to it that you have first class instruction .

No belief is required to practise this approach.

Repeat The Class For Free, And Ongoing Support

Whenever you have finished your class , you can repeat the class (or a portion of it) as often as you want , totally free , all over the UK and internationally too. Every time you repeat , you’ll meet many different teachers who will discuss their experience , in this way no 2 weekend classes are the same.

Following the weekend course there is continuous assistance easily available with regular or monthly meetings in several regions around the UK, teachers available, e-newsletters and follow-on courses, and online events.

What practising looks like

The Ishayas’ meditation system is an ancient route to experience inner serenity  , extra peace, clarity and creativity. Although it has ancient roots in the East, it is perfectly suited to the busy minds, and 21st-century lives we experience. No belief is needed to practise this method , and it is happily and pleasantly put to use throughout the world by 10s of thousands of people of many backgrounds.

The majority of participants discover it a remarkably simple and enjoyable practice , taking 15 or 20 minutes a couple of times  per day to close their eyes and use the method.
