The Bright Path Ishayas’ Ascension meditation system is really very quick to  learn. It is usually presented over a weekend.

Classes are always given by qualified instructors . All of them have carried out 6 months of residential training, which makes certain you get top quality instruction .

The Ishayas’ meditation system is an age-old path to discover inner calmness , more peace, understanding and creativity.
