The Bright Path Ishayas’ Ascension meditation practice is actually remarkably straightforward to  learn. It is generally taught during a weekend.

Classes are always given by certified teachers . All of them have undertaken 6 months of residential training, which ensures you receive top quality instruction .

Repeat The Class For Free, And Ongoing Support

Whenever you have completed your course , you can retake the class (or a portion of it) as often as you wish , free , all over the UK and internationally as well. Each time you repeat , you’ll meet many different teachers who will share their experiences , in this way no two weekend classes are the same.

Following the weekend class there is lifetime help on call with weekly or once a month meetings in various areas across the UK, teachers available, newsletters and follow-on courses, and online events.
