Evening and energy

Many people meditate for a short period before their main meal as this serves to clear away any tension from the working day and enables you to enjoy your dinner time and your evening to the maximum. Multiple studies have indicated that meditation can have a constructive influence on energy levels, most ideal after a rough day at your nine-to-five , or with your children.

Better sleep

Practicing the Ishayas’ meditation method before bed serves to produce a profound and more relaxing sleep. As your physical body does most of its restoration through sleep, by meditating before sleep , you’re essentially kick-starting your body’s restoration system , so that you are more likely to be recharged and in position to go the following morning.

Eyes-open, anywhere

Perhaps the most useful features of the Ishayas’ meditation technique is that you can do it with your eyes open as you handle your daily actions – working , doing the food shopping , driving the car, performing sporting activity , spending time with family and friends.

Eyes-open meditating serves to help keep you ‘in the present moment’ and more attentive . You’ll be even more open to see and receive things that you might not have spotted before. It really helps minimise the negative consequences of demanding activities and enhances your gratitude and pleasure in your life. It provides you a greater connection to the world about you and a more positive outlook to life.
