Evening and energy

A lot of people meditate for a short period before their main meal as this serves to help eliminate any stress from the working day and allows you to enjoy your dinner time and your evening to the maximum. Multiple research studies have indicated that meditation can have a beneficial effect on energy levels, ideal after a tricky day at your nine-to-five , or with your children.

Better sleep

Practicing the Ishayas’ meditation techniques just before sleep helps generate a profound and more relaxed sleep. As your body does most of its restorative healing through sleep, by meditating before sleep , you’re essentially kick-starting your body’s recuperation system , so that you are more likely to become rejuvenated and in position to continue the following morning.

Eyes-open, anywhere

Arguably the most useful elements of the Ishayas’ meditation technique is that you can do it with your eyes open as you engage in your daily activities – working , carrying out the food shopping , driving the car, performing sport , spending quality time with family and friends.

Eyes-open meditating really helps keep you ‘in the present moment’ and more sharp . You’ll be even more open to experience and receive things that you may not have observed previously. It really helps reduce the undesirable effects of stress-filled circumstances and improves your appreciation and pleasure in your life. It provides you a better connection to the world all around you and a more progressive frame of mind to life.
