Evening and energy

Several people meditate for a little while just before their dinner as this serves to eliminate any restlessness from the day and enables you to enjoy your dinner and your evening hours to the fullest. Many studies have indicated that meditation can have a beneficial influence on energy levels, most ideal after a tough day at your nine-to-five , or with your kids.

Better sleep

Eyes-open, anywhere

Perhaps the most useful qualities of the Ishayas’ meditation technique is that you can do it with your eyes open as you undertake your daily activities – doing a job , doing the food shopping , driving the car, playing sporting activity , spending quality time with family and friends.

Eyes-open meditating helps keep you ‘in the present moment’ and more attentive . You’ll be even more open to experience and receive things that you may not have observed in the past. It really helps minimise the undesirable results of stressful events and increases your gratitude and enjoyment of your life. It gives you a better connection to the world all around you and a more progressive outlook to life.
