Evening and energy

Many people meditate for a short period before their main meal as this helps eliminate any stress from the day and enables you to appreciate your dinner and your evening to the fullest. Many research studies have proven that meditation can have a positive effect on energy levels, perfect after a rough day at your work , or with your kids.

Better sleep

Practicing the Ishayas’ meditation techniques before bedtime helps create a deeper and more contented sleep. As your body does most of its restoration through sleep, by meditating before bed , you’re essentially kick-starting your body’s recuperation process , so that you are more likely to become revived and all set to continue the following morning.

Eyes-open, anywhere

Possibly one of the most useful characteristics of the Ishayas’ meditation practice is that you can do it with your eyes open as you go about your daily tasks – doing a job , carrying out the shopping , driving the car, doing sporting activity , spending quality time with friends and family.

Eyes-open meditating helps keep you ‘in the present moment’ and much more sharp . You’ll be more open to notice and receive things that you may well not have observed previously. It helps minimise the negative results of stressful activities and improves your gratitude and pleasure in your life. It gives you a greater connection to the world about you and a more positive overview to life.
