The Bright Path Ishayas’ Ascension meditation system is really   extraordinarily straightforward to  learn. It is commonly presented over a weekend.

The Ishayas’ meditation method is an ancient path to experience inner calmness , more peace, understanding and creativity. No belief is necessary to practise this method , and it is happily and pleasantly used all over the planet by 10s of thousands of men and women of different cultures.
