Morning and daytime benefits
By meditating in the morning hours you may find your day being more satisfying and efficient. Challenging situations may become easier to deal with , very difficult individuals become less of a problem. Relationships become less complicated , you may well experience that you have more patience with other people that you didn’t possess before. You may find that you get more finished a much shorter duration of your time. You may perhaps see that you become gentler and more forgiving towards yourself and others. Meditation also has a greater impact not just on you but also for your whole family and those close to you. So not only do you harvest the benefits of living a more fulfilled life, being more in the moment , they do also.
Evening and energy
Several users meditate for a short period just before their dinner as this serves to help reduce any strain from the day and enables you to enjoy your dinner time and your evening hours to the fullest. A wide range of studies have demonstrated that meditation can have a constructive influence on energy levels, perfect after a tricky day at your job , or with your kids.
Better sleep
Practicing the Ishayas’ meditation method prior to sleep serves to create a deeper and more restful sleep. As your body does most of its restorative healing through sleep, by meditating before sleep , you’re actually kick-starting your body’s renewal process , so that you are more likely to become refreshed and all ready to go the following morning.
Eyes-open, anywhere
Arguably one of the most convenient qualities of the Ishayas’ meditation method is that you can do it with your eyes open as you handle your daily activities – earning a living , carrying out the shopping , driving the car, playing sporting activity , spending time with family and friends.
Eyes-open meditating serves to help keep you ‘in the present moment’ and much more sharp . You’ll be more open to see and receive things that you might just not have observed before. It helps minimise the detrimental outcomes of demanding circumstances and improves your appreciation and pleasure in your life. It offers you a greater connection to the world about you and a more progressive outlook to life.
