Evening and energy

Many users meditate for a short period just before their dinner as this serves to clear away any strain from the working day and allows you to enjoy your dinner time and your evening to the maximum. Many different research studies have demonstrated that meditation can have a positive influence on energy levels, ideal after a demanding day at your nine-to-five , or with your kids.

Better sleep

Using the Ishayas’ meditation method prior to sleep serves to create a profound and more restful sleep. As your body does most of its restoration through sleep, by meditating before sleep , you’re essentially kick-starting your body’s restorative system , so that you are more likely to be replenished and all ready to start the following morning.

Eyes-open, anywhere

Perhaps one of the most convenient benefits of the Ishayas’ meditation method is that you can do it with your eyes open as you carry out your daily tasks – doing business , carrying out the shopping , driving the car, doing sporting activity , spending time with family and friends.

Eyes-open meditating helps keep you ‘in the present moment’ and much more alert . You’ll be more open to see and receive things that you might not have observed in the past. It helps minimise the detrimental consequences of high-pressure situations and heightens your appreciation and enjoyment of your life. It offers you a greater connection to the world around you and a more positive mindset to life.
