The Bright Path Ishayas’ Ascension meditation method is particularly effortless to  learn. It is generally taught over a weekend.

Classes are always taught by trained teachers . Every one of them have completed six months of residential training, which ensures that you obtain high quality teaching.

No belief is needed to practise this system.

Repeat The Class For Free, And Ongoing Support

After you have finished your class , you can repeat the course (or part of it) as many times as you want , free of cost , all over the UK and internationally too. Every single time you repeat , you’ll meet different teachers who will talk about their experience , so no 2 weekend classes are the same.

Following the weekend class there is continuous encouragement accessible with regular or monthly meetings in many places around the UK, teachers available, publications and follow-on courses, and online events.

The Ishayas’ meditation technique is an ancient route to experience inner calm , extra peace, clarity and creativity.
