The Bright Path Ishayas’ Ascension meditation technique is actually surprisingly effortless to  learn. It is generally presented over a weekend.

Classes are always given by trained instructors . Every one of them have completed 6 months of residential training, which ensures you get high quality instruction .

Repeat The Class For Free, And Ongoing Support

Once you have completed your course , you can repeat the weekend (or a portion of it) as often as you wish , at no cost , all through the UK and overseas too. Every single time you retake , you’ll meet many different teachers who will discuss their experiences , and so no 2 weekend classes are the same.

Following the weekend course there is continuous help available with weekly or monthly meetings in various areas across the UK, teachers available, e-newsletters and follow-on courses, and online events.
