The Bright Path Ishayas’ Ascension meditation method is   extraordinarily quick and easy to  learn. It is in most cases taught during a weekend.

Classes are always provided by trained teachers . All of them have completed six months of residential training, which ensures you get top quality teaching.

Repeat The Class For Free, And Ongoing Support

Whenever you have completed your class , you can redo the course (or a portion of it) as often as you fancy , totally free , all through the UK and abroad as well. Every time you repeat , you’ll meet different teachers who will share their experience , therefore no 2 weekend classes are the same.

Following the weekend course there is ongoing encouragement on call with regular or monthly meetings in many areas around the UK, teachers available, newsletters and follow-on classes, and online events.

The Ishayas’ meditation approach is an age-old pathway to discover inner calm , more peace, clarity and creative imagination. No belief is necessary to practise this meditation , and it is happily and enjoyably put into action across the world by 10s of thousands of users of different cultures.

Almost all participants discover it an amazingly uncomplicated and pleasing method , taking 15 or 20 minutes a couple of times  daily to close their eyes and make use of the practice.
