The Bright Path Ishayas’ Ascension meditation system is actually very uncomplicated to  learn. It is usually presented over a weekend.

Classes are always given by qualified teachers . Every one of them have undertaken 6 months of residential training, which sees to it that you have excellent instruction .

Whenever you have completed your course , you can redo the course (or a portion of it) as often as you want , free of charge , all over the UK and internationally too. Every time you retake , you’ll meet many different teachers who will share their experiences , and so no two weekend classes are the same.

Following the weekend class there is ongoing encouragement available with weekly or regular monthly meetings in many places across the UK, teachers available, news letters and follow-on courses, and online events.

What practising looks like

The Ishayas’ meditation practice is an ancient path to discover inner calmness , extra peace, clarity and creativity. Even though it has ancient roots in the East, it is very well aligned to the full minds, and 21st-century lives we experience. No belief is required to practise this method , and it is happily and pleasantly taken advantage of throughout the world by tens of thousands of users of many cultures.

Most people find it a remarkably simple and pleasing method , taking 15 or 20 minutes a couple of times  per day to close their eyes and use the method.
