The Bright Path Ishayas’ Ascension meditation approach is really remarkably effortless to  learn. It is commonly taught over a weekend.

Classes are always presented by trained instructors . All of them have carried out six months of residential training, which ensures that you get top quality teaching.

Whenever you have finished your course , you can redo the class (or a portion of it) as frequently as you want , free , throughout the UK and abroad too. Each time you retake , you’ll meet many different teachers who will talk about their experience , so no 2 weekend classes are the same.

Following the weekend class there is continuous encouragement available with weekly or once a month meetings in several regions around the UK, teachers available, bulletins and follow-on courses, and online events.

What practising looks like

The Ishayas’ meditation system is an ancient path to experience inner calmness , extra peace, understanding and creative imagination. Although it has ancient roots in the East, it is perfectly aligned to the active minds, and 21st-century lives we go through. No belief is needed to practise this meditation , and it is happily and enjoyably used all over the world by tens of 1000s of people of numerous cultures.

Almost all participants discover it an incredibly simple and pleasurable process , taking 15 or 20 minutes a couple of times  each day to shut their eyes and use the practice.
