The Bright Path Ishayas’ Ascension meditation method is particularly easy to  learn. It is in most cases taught over a weekend.

Classes are always provided by authorised instructors . Every one of them have completed 6 months of residential training, which makes sure you receive first class teaching.

Repeat The Class For Free, And Ongoing Support

When you have finished your class , you can repeat the course (or part of it) as frequently as you want , free of charge , all over the UK and overseas as well. Every single time you retake , you’ll meet different teachers who will share their experiences , therefore no two weekend classes are the same.

Following the weekend class there is lifetime encouragement readily available with regular or regular monthly meetings in many areas around the UK, teachers available, bulletins and follow-on classes, and online events.

The Ishayas’ meditation system is an ancient path to experience inner calmness , extra peace, clarity and creative imagination. Even though it has ancient beginnings in the East, it is very well fit to the full minds, and 21st-century lives we deal with. No belief is required to practise this meditation , and it is successfully and pleasantly applied throughout the world by 10s of thousands of people of different backgrounds.

Almost all participants discover it an amazingly easy and enjoyable process , taking 15 or 20 minutes a couple of times  per day to close their eyes and make the most of the practice.
