Evening and energy
Many people meditate for a little while before their dinner as this helps eliminate any stress from the day and allows you to appreciate your dinner time and your evening to the fullest. Numerous research studies have established that meditation can have a constructive effect on energy levels, most ideal after a stressful day at your work , or with your children.
Better sleep
Using the Ishayas’ meditation method prior to bed serves to generate a deeper and more contented sleep. As your physical body does much of its recovery through sleep, by meditating before bedtime , you’re essentially kick-starting your body’s restorative process , so that you are more likely to be replenished and all ready to go the following morning.
Eyes-open, anywhere
Arguably one of the most functional qualities of the Ishayas’ meditation practice is that you can do it with your eyes open as you deal with your daily activities – doing a job , carrying out the food shopping , driving the car, doing sport , spending time with family and friends.
Eyes-open meditating serves to help keep you ‘in the present moment’ and more attentive . You’ll be even more open to observe and receive things that you may not have noticed in the past. It serves to help reduce the adverse outcomes of high-pressure activities and enhances your appreciation and enjoyment of your life. It gives you a greater connection to the world about you and a more positive frame of mind to life.
