The Bright Path Ishayas’ Ascension meditation technique is actually very quick and easy to  learn. It is mainly taught over a weekend.

Classes are always provided by authorised teachers . All of them have completed six months of residential training, which guarantees you obtain excellent quality teaching.

Repeat The Class For Free, And Ongoing Support

Whenever you have finished your course , you can repeat the class (or part of it) as many times as you want , free of charge , throughout the UK and in other countries as well. Each time you retake , you’ll meet different teachers who will talk about their experiences , and so no 2 weekend classes are the same.

Following the weekend course there is lifetime assistance at your disposal with weekly or once a month meetings in several places around the UK, teachers available, e-newsletters and follow-on classes, and online events.
