The Ishayas’ meditation technique is an age-old pathway to discover inner calmness , more peace, understanding and creativity. No belief is called for to practise this method , and it is happily and pleasantly applied all over the planet by tens of 1000s of people of many backgrounds.

Almost all participants find it a surprisingly simple and relaxing method , taking 15 or 20 minutes a couple of times  every day to close their eyes and use the technique.

Morning and daytime benefits

By meditating in the morning hours you may experience your day being more enjoyable and efficient. Challenging situations may become easier to handle , problematic people become less of a bother. Relationships become less complicated , you might possibly find that you have more patience with other people that you didn’t possess before. You may well discover that you get more done in a smaller space of time. You may perhaps observe that you come to be gentler and more forgiving towards your own self and others. Meditation in addition has a greater benefit not just on you but at the same time for your family and those around you. So not only do you obtain the benefits of having a more fulfilled life, being fully in the moment , these people do too.

Evening and energy

Lots of people meditate for a short period before their dinner as this serves to help reduce any unease from the day and enables you to enjoy your dinner time and your evening hours to the maximum. A wide range of research studies have indicated that meditation can have a positive influence on energy levels, ideal after a tricky day at your nine-to-five , or with your children.

Better sleep

Practicing the Ishayas’ meditation method prior to bedtime helps generate a deeper and more relaxing sleep. As your physical body does much of its renewal through sleep, by meditating before bed , you’re essentially kick-starting your body’s restoration process , so that you are more likely to be recharged and ready to start the following morning.

Eyes-open, anywhere

Probably one of the most functional attributes of the Ishayas’ meditation technique is that you can do it with your eyes open as you deal with your daily actions – doing a job , carrying out the shopping , driving the car, playing sport , hanging out with family and friends.

Eyes-open meditating serves to help keep you ‘in the present moment’ and much more attentive . You’ll be even more open to discover and receive things that you might possibly not have observed before. It really helps reduce the detrimental effects of arduous events and increases your appreciation and enjoyment of your life. It gives you a greater connection to the world around you and a more progressive frame of mind to life.
