Eyes-open, anywhere

Possibly one of the most useful characteristics of the Ishayas’ meditation practice is that you can do it with your eyes open as you deal with your daily actions – doing business , carrying out the food shopping , driving the car, doing sport , hanging out with family and friends.

Eyes-open meditating serves to help keep you ‘in the present moment’ and more alert . You’ll be more open to observe and receive things that you might just not have observed in the past. It serves to help decrease the damaging outcomes of arduous events and heightens your appreciation and pleasure in your life. It offers you a greater connection to the world around you and a more productive overview to life.
