Evening and energy

A lot of people meditate for a little while before their main meal as this serves to reduce any stress from the day and lets you to enjoy your dinner time and your evening hours to the fullest. Many studies have shown that meditation can have a progressive influence on energy levels, perfect after a tricky day at your job , or with your children.

Better sleep

Using the Ishayas’ meditation method before sleep serves to generate a profound and more relaxing sleep. Eyes-open, anywhere

Perhaps one of the most functional characteristics of the Ishayas’ meditation technique is that you can do it with your eyes open as you carry out your daily activities – working , doing the food shopping , driving the car, doing sport , hanging out with friends and family.

Eyes-open meditating helps keep you ‘in the present moment’ and more sharp . You’ll be more open to see and receive things that you may well not have seen before. It serves to help decrease the negative results of stressful activities and improves your gratitude and satisfaction with your life. It gives you a better connection to the world about you and a more productive overview to life.
