Evening and energy

A lot of people meditate for a short period before their dinner as this helps reduce any strain from the working day and enables you to enjoy your dinner time and your evening to the maximum. Many different studies have demonstrated that meditation can have a beneficial benefit on energy levels, ideal after a hard day at your work , or with your children.

Better sleep

Eyes-open, anywhere

Arguably one of the most useful features of the Ishayas’ meditation method is that you can do it with your eyes open as you take on your daily activities – doing a job , doing the food shopping , driving the car, playing sporting activity , hanging out with family and friends.

Eyes-open meditating serves to help keep you ‘in the present moment’ and more sharp . You’ll be even more open to notice and receive things that you might not have seen previously. It really helps decrease the negative effects of demanding activities and heightens your gratitude and satisfaction with your life. It provides you a higher connection to the world all around you and a more productive attitude to life.
