What practising looks like
The Ishayas’ meditation system is an age-old pathway to discover inner calmness , more peace, clarity and creativity. Despite the fact that it has ancient origins in the East, it is very well aligned to the active minds, and 21st-century lives we go through. No belief is needed to practise this meditation technique , and it is successfully and enjoyably used all over the planet by 10s of 1000s of users of different backgrounds.
Almost all participants experience it a surprisingly practical and relaxing process , taking 15 or 20 minutes a couple of times per day to close their eyes and use the technique.
Morning and daytime benefits
By meditating in the a.m. you may discover your day being far more enjoyable and effective. Challenging situations may become less complex to deal with , very difficult people become less of a problem. Relationships become simpler , you might find that you have more patience with people that you didn’t possess before. You might just find that you get more done in a much shorter period of your time. You may perhaps find that you become gentler and more forgiving towards your own self and others. Meditation also has a more significant effect not just on you but also for your loved ones and those close to you. So not only do you receive the rewards of enjoying a more contented life, being more fully present , they do as well.
Evening and energy
Several individuals meditate for a short period just before their main meal as this helps get rid of any strain from the working day and enables you to enjoy your dinner and your evening to the fullest. A wide range of research studies have indicated that meditation can have a positive effect on energy levels, most ideal after a difficult day at your job , or with your kids.
Better sleep
Practicing the Ishayas’ meditation techniques just before bedtime serves to generate a deeper and more untroubled sleep. As your physical body does most of its recuperation through sleep, by meditating before sleep , you’re essentially kick-starting your body’s restoration system , so that you are more likely to be rejuvenated and prepared to go the following morning.
Eyes-open, anywhere
Possibly one of the most practical benefits of the Ishayas’ meditation method is that you can do it with your eyes open as you take on your daily activities – earning a living , doing the shopping , driving the car, performing sport , spending quality time with friends and family.
Eyes-open meditating serves to help keep you ‘in the present moment’ and more attentive . You’ll be more open to discover and receive things that you might just not have observed in the past. It helps minimise the adverse effects of difficult circumstances and improves your gratitude and satisfaction with your life. It offers you a higher connection to the world about you and a more positive perspective to life.
