The Bright Path Ishayas’ Ascension meditation technique is really effortless to  learn. It is mainly taught during a weekend.

Classes are always presented by qualified instructors . All of them have undertaken 6 months of residential training, which makes certain you have excellent instruction .

Whenever you have finished your course , you can redo the weekend (or part of it) as frequently as you wish , totally free , all over the UK and internationally too.
